This limited warranty does not cover:

  1. Removal, modification, defacement, or damage to the warranty seal and/or original factory serial number.
  2. Damage caused by improper installation, including but not limited to incorrect or inadequate power supply.
  3. Defects caused by long-term improper use.
  4. Damage caused by prolonged display of static images (also known as “image retention”) or improper use.
  5. Damage (including cosmetic damage such as scratches, spots, or dents), malfunction, loss, or personal injury caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance and storage, or acts of nature.
  6. Damage that occurs during transportation or handling by the customer.
  7. Damage caused by infection or installation of illegal software.
